How to Order our Standard Background ChecksLocal and International clients may request employment background checks by contacting our office directly or by using our e-mail contact form under the Home page menu. When ordering background checks it is important to provide complete and accurate details as incomplete information will not enable us to conduct certain checks. If employee data is not available, the client may request us to conduct the initial employee interview and applications process, during which we will gather the information needed to conduct the Background Check Process. For our standard background check, requestors should provide the following information:
1. Complete Name 2. Residence Address of Candidate 3. Education Certificate Number and Institution 4. 10-year Prior Employment History, Including Office Contact Numbers 5. Reference Names and Contact Numbers From the data provided, IPJ Services will conduct the Background Check Procedures below: 1. Education Verification 2. Residence Verification and Neighborhood Checks (2 – 3 Interviews) 3. Police Checks in Residence Community 4. Current and Prior Employment Verifications (Up to 3 Interviews) 5. Personal Reference Checks (Up to 2 Interviews, if provided) 6. Internet/Public Source/Social Networking Checks in English, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, and Tagalog Specific rates and timing of delivered reports will depend on the number and frequency of background checks requested. Generally, IPJ Services will issue reports and provide via e-mail within 5 business days, assuming submission of complete candidate information by the client. |
