IPJ Information and Alert Services

Since 1998, the Information Services and Alert System available from IPJ Services were provided by the team from Assessment’s Group Indonesia.  During 2012, IPJ Services assumed this line of services on behalf of AGI and hired the personnel responsible for providing this valuable service to its clientele.  These services are generally provided to clients as part of a retainer package for information and advisory services; however, we are also available to prepare specialized reports on a commissioned basis to meet specific client needs.  IPJ’s weekly “Key Indicators” report provides a regular analysis of Indonesian events for both corporate management and the individual business person.  For longer-term assessments and detailed forecasts, clients may commission specific reports on a region or topic.  As circumstances and events require, IPJ Services will provide alert notifications via SMS and e-mail through our client distribution list.  These alerts may relate to situations involving civil unrest or demonstrations, terrorism, crime problems, or other issues which may require immediate action or decisions on the part of our clientele management.

SMS & E-mail Alert System - An alert system designed to provide clients with immediate information concerning natural disasters, terrorism, protests, demonstrations, rioting, transportation accidents, or other dangers which may require immediate action to avoid a dangerous situation or to provide assistance to client staff and families. 
            
Daily Reports - Issued mornings before 8:00 a.m. (Monday through Saturday) and afternoons Monday through Friday) providing daily news and security updates.
            
Weekly Key Indicators - The Weekly Key Indicators is distributed Monday mornings and issued in two reports, one covering Political, Security, Terrorism, General Crime, Civil Society and Justice, Heath issues, Transportation, and other issues affecting risk or living condition of our client companies and their employees.  The second report covers the Indonesian Economy and other financial related risk and legislation.

Monthly Roundup/Summary - During the first week of the month,  we issue a monthly summary and analysis report which brings together and analyzes trends in the incidents reported in our Daily Reports and Key Indicators during the prior month. 

Special Reports and Updates - On an as needed basis, Special Reports are issued to advise clients on a variety of topics including religious holidays and cultural events in Indonesia, crime trends and specific crime threats/alerts, cyber threats and alerts, political and economic outlook, and other topics.

In addition to receiving the IPJ/AGI suite of reports, the Information and Alert Services Retainer Package gives our retainer clients access to contact the IPJ office and consultants for questions and advice and also provides clients with reduced rates for our other services.
